How to post pics or gif

Hello, I am new here and I would like to know how we do to post a photo or a gif. I tried yesterday and it completely missed

when posting, click the pic icon , a little yellow looking box that's *supposed* to look like a mountain or something...
That icon will throw a pop up where you paste the website where your pic or gif is hosted.

It's not difficult, but takes a few times to get used to. See attached screenshot..

Many times I want to feel his tender touch as he holds me on his lap or walks by letting his hand slide across my back. I want to turn in his arms and tenderly kiss his lips as those hands cup my face.

Other times I want him to be savage and pudh me against the counter and lift my dress, taking what's his. I know that, in the end, I will have those tender moments.
