Having had several Daddy relationships-- the first, most exciting one being with someone who was far more experienced than I, the second being with someone who far less experienced than I, and the most recent being with someone who had about the same level of experience that I then had-- I would advise:
-reading Daddy smut. find out what gets you off.
-ask questions to other Girls about what works for them.
-delve into your earliest fantasies and focus on what excited you initially, as that's always what we come back to.

I will most likely be putting up a personals listing here myself before too long.
