Wednesday we had our "fun" with the weather. I had the cellar door open, the cat carrier downstairs, sneakers on, ready to head down there at the first sign of trouble.

An EF2 tornado did hit the city, its path starting a mile from me, ending less than half mile away.

Good morning everyone!

No, I did not eat a snack before I fell asleep. I just passed out from exhaustion. I woke up feeling a bit better, and downed half a Mt. Dew before heading to work. I ate a snack there. I'm fine now, although a bit tired after working all night.

This is going to seem like a silly question, but I'm on the hunt for a good moisturizing lotion. What do you ladies recommend?

Photo, I'm glad to hear you are feeling better! As for lotions, I love body butter when I'm super dry and itchy, but daily, I usually use Bath and body works. Love anything coconut in the summer and warm vanilla in the winter. I seldom wear perfumes, so I like something that leaves me soft and smelling yummy. . I'm wanting to try that Vaseline spray I started seeing commercials for, but have yet remembered to look for it.

UBW, how are ya?! We only see you on the weekends now.

Hayley, wonderful! Yeah..the mess isn't going to go anywhere.. it can wait.

Peaches, I am pup sitting Winston at the moment while he plays. Such a well behaved little pooch. Watch for the flooding!

I'm enjoying a lazy day of channel surfing. One of my favorite shows is having a marathon leading up to the season premiere tonight, but I can't bring myself to watch it. There are some memory triggers I still need to avoid it seems. ~sigh~

Hi daddies and girls. Happy Sunday. I hope everyone is doing well. I'm glad to hear that Cookie, Peaches and the others from the mid-west are all doing well after the bad storms.

Photo--I use Bath and Body works too. I love the clean linen body creme. I don't like the fruity or flowery scents usually. The creme is nice and thick but absorbs well.
