Peeks out from behind the kitchen door and quietly watches Daddy UBW looking around, under the tables, in the cabinets ( although how on earth he thinks I'd fit in there is beyond me :rolleyes:)

I creep out and silently tiptoe outside while his head is turned..

Gingerly replacing the screen door, I walk down the porch steps thinking I'm safe..

"CREAK!"

Damn that old wooden staircase...I bolt like rabbit out into the yard and hope he didn't hear..

Catching my breath as I lean against the apple tree..looking back over my shoulder to see if he found me..

"This is kind of fun," I mumble to no one in particular.

Running around in the sunshine makes you feel like a little kid. I found a beautiful butterfly and snap a photo. (I posted the picture on my thread, btw, pretty Zebra Swallowtail ;))

I'm going to sit here and rest..maybe Daddy UBW will catch up, maybe not... in any event, I'm having a good time.

Tip toeing towards the apple tree from her blind side, I see her relaxing. I move slowly, quietly closer and slap her playfully on the arse and she bends to peek around the tree. "Gotcha" I laugh..........

I realize that what I have said regarding this issue was too much, so have deleted the two posts. My intent was not to cloud up anything here, or to appear classless (that isn't me). I needed to express hurt, which we've all been able to do in here, and I obviously took it too far.

My apologies to Stan, Cookie, and everyone else here. :(

I do thank you all for the kind words and support.

Coming back through the living room smiling and humming, a little grass....or is it hay.....in her hair......comforter folded and tucked under one arm. Looking at the clock and tsking. Hurrying off to her room to change into assistant chef's jacket, skirt, and apron in order to start dinner......

The sauce smells delish. I take a peek at my sweet peach as she changes, licking my lips. :rose:

"Flipping my skirt in the direction of the shower I head off to the kitchen in a hurry. Setting a large stock pot of salted water to begin boiling, pouring in a generous dollop of olive oil and saying a prayer to the pasta gods that for once the lasagna noodles don't stick together. Filling the food processor with the mix of ricotta, parmesan and fresh herbs and blending until it is well mixed but not perfectly smooth. Setting the baby bella mushroom caps on a baking sheet and brushing them with garlic butter before setting them in the oven to roast briefly. Filling the deep sink with clear cold water and dropping in the romaine, butter and red lettuce heads to begin to wash them."
