Greetings all, another Monday worked and dinner finishes here, cottage pie celery and cheese board. Now all this talk of cream and fried chicken is causing a hungry feeling.

I'm feeling better, thank you. Oddly a little Ruby Red Grapefruit made me feel better. I love ginger ale, though. I made some home brew ginger "soft drink", and it was lovely. Just enough ferment for bite and carbonation.

Real ginger, too. :)
