Okay, we all know that the wee fae folk (sexy, tiny lil nymphettes) love to tease us.
Some people even wake to find that faeries have moved into their homes and places of business and have built homes of their own right inside.

Well, who has not ever wondered about catching their very own faerie? Or baiting one to join you in your daily adventures. The lil magical things are pretty cool but sometimes it takes some dastardly measures to bring them around.
They are kind of like a mixture between a naughty kitten, a hummingbird and a really incredibly pretty lil subbie. Most faeries are subbies by nature by the way they are just way sammy.
Sooo, to get a faerie to hang out you have to first realize that they are very skittish as people try to catch them all the time. You also have to offer them something they really, really can't resist.
Faeries LOVE to steal candy! They can't know it's a gift as the lil minxes won't care if they know it's being given to them.
Faeries also love cheap candy so we are all in luck. The best for trapping faeries is something that will get their teensy little teeth all stuck like bit o honey or the molasses candies like sugar daddies or sugar babies. Also, caramels are wonderful. You have to put it somewhere that it looks like you are really looking forward to getting to it later. Next to some candles and flowers is fine as they will think they are going to give you a naughty trick when you find it gone.
You should do these things off and on for a few weeks but not every night. You can't make the candy stealing easy on them.
Once they are hooked then get ready to let your faerie pal know you are not dumb. Slip in one of the really sticky candies and wait. Faeries have real short attention spans and will forget that you are around when their lil mouth is stuck shut. They will roll around trying to work their mouths free and this is your one shot at catching the lil imp. Just rush in and catch the lil bugger, you'll have to have a cage handy because they will bite once that candy gives up.
So now you have a faerie in a cage? What do you do now? You can't tame them and it's cruel to keep them for more than about fifteen minutes. They have to keep promises though if you can get them to promise you something they will be compelled to follow through. They are sneaky so be careful.
And most of all have fun and never, ever hurt a faerie or their buddies will pay you a visit.
