I'm in cross country ski mode right now but bikes ready to go once the snow leaves.

I did a ride to Conquer Cancer in 2020 on my singlespeed, and literally have not had the funds to service my bike properly since then. (wheels trued, new brake disc pads, bearings…) been riding without a rear brake since 2022. Nothing cheap anymore. Going to take the bike in next week… I expect it will be near $1000 once everything‘s done.

Got two shortish 11 and 13.5 mile rides in through the woods this week. Trails still a bit muddy/rutty in parts but overall pretty good. Nice brain clearing rides. Probably a longer 25 mile-ish one today on the trails.
