Let's see... music, politics, philosopy, relationships, sexual techniques and practices, boundaries, religion, decent chocolate are just a few things that come to mind- but these are serious issues, not small talk ;)

I don't tend to pound women, nor is hard pounding always the end goal but to answer your question it depends on my and my cyber partner's mood.

I think maybe a third sex to to two thirds other talk which includes checking in with where we are, flirting, medical stuff, serious discussions of issues, after sex talking, so in a 3 hr session maybe about an hour.

Sometimes there is more sex, sometimes more talk. Sometimes we just talk, if this happens too much then I feel the need to remind my partner why we are there.

Quality Time

Although the actual encounter varies with each partner, you should allow for enough time to get inside each others heads, that and just listen carefully as much to what's being said as to what's not.
