Cutting the Frenulum on your Tongue?

I love giving a woman oral. I think I enjoy it even more than I enjoy receiving oral, which is saying a lot! I would love to be able to stick my tongue deeper inside. I have done some tongue exercises to try stretching it, but that thing underneath (which I discovered is called the Frenulum) seems to prevent me from sticking it out any further. It doesn't seem to serve much purpose other than preventing the tongue from coming out too far. Does anyone know of anyone who has cut their Frenulum for the purpose of enhancing oral sex? I can't exactly go to my doctor and explain this to him, so I've been thinking of just cutting it myself. But I wanted to research it a lot more before actually doing it though. Or am I crazy for considering this?

I have heard it is done for some babies to ease breast feeding if the frenulum is too short, but it is more clipped than cut right back. It's use is to anchor your tongue in your mouth, so perhaps cutting too far could run the risk of swallowing your tongue under adverse conditions. I would want to be careful if you do it yourself to make sure you are using sterile equipment and know what you are doing....probably not the smartest idea for most people to attempt. Perhaps talking to your doctor would be a good idea.

Yeah, if nothing else, please have even a little cut done by a reputable BME expert. It's really not smart to do stuff like this yourself without the equiptment or knowledge to do it safely (what if you cut an important nerve, for instance?).

I'd say researching through BME sites would be a good start, but then you really need to talk to professionals (you don't need to mention the oral, just something you're interested in).

What does your wife think of this? Is she that wild about having your tongue in her pussy - at least enough to want you to permanently alter yourself for?

I thankfully have the luxury of a fairly long tongue, but i have had it biuricated (forked tongue). Several people will cut out the tongue web alone or along with bifurication they remove it. Like a 2 for one thing...

Depending on where you are there might be a reputable piercer/modification artist in your area. Some places consider cutting the tongue with a scalpel illegial unless you are a licensed doctor. I'd check the people in your area and your local laws if you want to find a professional. I wouldn't suggest doing it yourself as the tongue holds many happy blood vessils ready and willing to obstruct your view and make your hands slippery... Not something you want to do in a mirror. You also have two pretty BIG blood vessils on the underside of your tongue, and while you won't necissarally die from cutting them, you could loose a good enough ammount of blood that a hospital would be necissary. If you choose to do it alone, buy sterile supplies, read expierences (bme) and anatomy books.

(p.s. it dosne't hurt hat bad, its like a piercing and it heals quite fast, just be careful for it growing back together. Even the web can reconnect itself and than you'll have scar tissue on top of your short web.)

i have heard of it being cut by way of a tiny nick each day. also some yogis simply used a pair of pliers (padded ends, one hopes), to keep working on it (pulling it further out), the idea being to be able to reach the middle of the forehead.

holy crap, i'm not sure this is anything you want to mess with. my idea is that it's there for a reason and it would be dangerous (especially doing it yourself) to cut it. if you don't know what you're doing, why would you even want to attempt this??? that makes no sense to me. i would be terrified of cutting something vital and bleeding out. *shrugs* if it is that important to you, then it seems like you wouldn't mind getting medical advice about it, but that's just me. good luck to you, and i really hope we don't see a post from you saying you really messed something up....

Don't be silly. Orgasm happens inside the brain, not just on the end of your tongue. I think Gene Simmons of Kiss fame had his frenulum cut. I'd concentrate on foreplay though more than getting my tongue deeper inside her. Also, I am an oral fetishist so perhaps take what I am saying with a bit of seriousness. okay I will say the do it your self route may not be the best idea, somethings need to be left to trained pros. Try a site like bodymod.org and see if they got any info or pics, I haven't checked for that reason, but they do have alot of other body mod pics and info.

Then you aren't ready for the body modification.

Please don't be stupid and do it yourself. 1. you have no clue what you're doing, 2. the mouth is FULL of bacteria that'll easily infect it, 3. once you cut, there's no un-cutting.

Have you considered a tongue piercing? They're much more common and can be done quite safely, though you still shouldn't do it yourself.

Go to a proffessional body modification shop!! They will be able to peirce and slice in a way that will not create infection and will be able to advise you on how to take care of it.
A lot of peircing shops are just peircings so call a few places around and ask if they are all around body modification and if they are they can discuss doing this for you. It's a safe sterile environment and you won't have to go thru as much pain as doing it yourself.

that doesn't sound too safe to me, especially to do it yourself. obviously it's your decision but i do hope you will take the advice and have it done medically if you decide to do it. i like Etoile's idea of getting your tongue pierced instead, i have my tongue pierced, Master has His pierced as well, and it does make Oral Sex MUCH more satisfying in my opinion......
