Sadly, Mt. Redoubt is far enough away as to not be visible from Anchorage without heading to the outskirts of town (and even then not really). Looks like at the moment there will be no ash fall in Anchorage, but that could change rapidly.

You must be hill side, Amazing view. Who knows how long Redoubt will blow. I REALLY wanted to collect some ash samples, I had my stuff out all night. Bummed. I hope you get some clear pictures of redoubt soon. Looks like I have to go to class today. Lame.

I go away for the weekend , you post some more great photos AND your volcano erupts! Wow, I missed so much. I'm loving the new set. It is really nice to see a beautiful woman in a setting of such natural beauty. It reminds me of making naked snow angels on a lake in NH (right next to the sauna in the boathouse).
