Alaska is good! Getting more and more sun everyday and soon we will have almost 24hours a day. That is one of my favorite things abut being up here.

heeh its kinda weird when you first experience it - goes from 5pm to ok i'll go to the bar and have a few to - its 2am and ok its just as bright as 5pm - makes you do a double take to check you've nto been in the bar for 18+ hours :p

It is great, not limited by the dark for anything! Camping, drinking and then going out and causing more trouble!

I worked on the north slope last summer and at 2am the sun wasn't even close to setting, looked like it was 4 in the afternoon. Leaves so much opportunity for fun!

Really like the warm expressions that you have in this set. The lighting in photos 4 and 5 is particularly good, the interplay of dark and light, thought the ethereal vibe from the first two is pretty cool as well. Lovely all around. :)
