Technique for 'finding out'? It's foreskin, a natural part of men's bodies that isn't removed in most parts of the world. It's not a cause for shame or anything to be hidden. So I don't even think to "find out" about it outside of generally wondering what's under his jeans.

Depending on the guy and how well we know each other, it's probably already come up in conversation as we talk about what we like to do in bed. If not, the first time you see or touch his penis, it's obvious.

If you could direct me to your sources I'd be happy to look them over. The procedure of circumcision is usually a tiny blip on the bill for the birthing of a child if it even shows up at all. NO doctor makes their living performing circumcisions. NO hospital would employ a surgeon that specialized in circumcisions. The doctors you're speaking of that would endorse circumcisions because it's how they make their money do not exist, because it's like saying there are accountants that make their money by sharpening pencils. My comments were based on knowing and speaking with people in the medical profession; yours seems to be based on the cut of your penis.

It should be pointed out that the US medical organizations say that circ offers no compelling advantages, leaving the matter to be decided on social grounds. Non-US organizations oppose the practice. See here.
