Cut or Uncut?

I have always tried to figure out whether women preferred a cut or uncut penis. Can anyone tell me?

I know many people might think that uncut equals un-hygenic, but I am myself uncut and I can assure you that I am very hygenic...

I think the attraction of an uncut one is particularly strong for American women as men in the US tend to all be cut... At least I think so...
