I think it also has to do with the larger resevoir of sperm for you to shoot out.

Kind of like how as you near the end of a urination, it stops going as far. It is literally a matter of pressure. You know how when you use a garden hose? If the pressure is low, you can just give it a smaller hole at the end to jet it out farther.

Okay, I apologize for sounding like the professor that I am.
The seminal vesicles produce 70% of the ejaculate, the prostate the other 30%. Sperm is insignificant to the volume, practically speaking.

It does take a little time to build the vesicles and prostate to full capacity, but that is just part of the story. Well son if you think that is what gets you into porn, move to So. Cal. and see how you fare. For one, this is very normal and for two porn is far more about performance under direction than how hard you cum alone with your girlfriend.

What you're experincing is quite natural, though not all men will ejaculate as strongly as others. Just as not all women get as wet as others and so on.
