I can't even imagine doing it for two weeks. You must have tremendous will power, either that or no time at all. I do the extended session all the time. If I'm going for a messy session, then olive oil works well. Generally I dont bother, but I'm not cut so its not really a requirement but if I'm going hammer and tongs then I go for olive oil.
