I was talking with a friend of mine the other day, and I came to the realization that more than someone to fuck, I'd love to have someone that I could just watch a movie or sleep with, and hold, just to feel a soft(er) person against me. The sex might happen, but it wouldn't be my primary thrust (no pun intended.) This sounds a little wussy, but I read personals that are all "I just want someone to hold me down and spit on me and fuck me in the ass until i need surgery" and while that's nice once in a while, I'd really rather have someone to be with, physically, in a semi-sexual way. Sure we might have sex, but there are times when you just want a hug, y'know?

Thoughts?
 
It's nice to know that some men feel this way. I find myself pulling further and further away from Lit because it's "un-cool" to be here and admit that sex isn't the primary reason I'm here.

It might surprise you, but I think there's a lot of men who feel that way. I know I do.
 
Cuddling is great...after boinking. Or before...but no cuddling without one or the other...I can't be rubbing my stuff up against her without having to attack.

Completely agree, have been thinking this for years, craving a cuddle buddy. My need for cuddles is faaar greater than my sex drive. Problem is I would probably get emotionally attached to them.
 
Let me join the club...I need a cuddle/hug buddy also. But, same as Mystic, I would probably become too attached :(
 
Theres a woman at work who gives everyone a cuddle/hug first thing when you arrive in the morning. Its always a good start to the day :)

I do agree with the points above. A hug is a great way to show affection.
