Here's a weird idea....
A young couple, Michael and Emily, decide to seek out a Bull. They find Dennis -- who is of course, extremely hung and physically bigger than Michael. Dennis and Emily have terrific sex together, while Michael becomes more and more submissive to them both. Michael and Emily move in with Dennis (he's rich), and Michael increasingly plays the role of housewife. Dennis punishes Michael when he acts masculine but rewards him when he acts feminine. He starts calling him "Michelle."
Michael and Emily remain lovers, but it's increasingly just aimed at getting Emily off. Both Dennis and Emily encourage Michael to dress as a woman, which he is surprised to learn he enjoys. Michael's never been very masculine and it makes him feel good to abandon the pretense. Emily is bisexual and starts seeing Dennis as her male lover and "Michelle" as her female lover. Dennis is straight but once he starts seeing Michelle as a woman, he becomes more sexually interested in her.
Michelle starts living as a woman. Emily teases her that she is the "bad girl" who does what she wants and Michelle is a "good girl" who does what she is told. She also says that she is the "mistress" and Michelle is the "wife." Michelle is indeed an old-fashioned, obedient wife.
As I said, Dennis is rich. He funds Michelle's transition to becoming a woman. Emily is really not into marrying again -- she and Michelle get divorced, but remain lovers. But Michelle is a traditional woman who wants a big wedding. The story ends with Michelle marrying Dennis, with Emily as maid of honor.
