Well, it certainly sounds like they have a Domme/sub relationship, though we won't know for sure unless the OP tells us.

Certainly cuckolding can fit into the context of a D/s relationship or scene. I remember I once answered a couple's ad asking for guys' fantasies about what they'd do with the couple (there was some explicit mention of cuckolding, as I recall) - I offered to control them and, when they accepted, had him hold their laptop and sit, not allowed to participate, where he'd get quite the view as she did everything I wanted her to.
