Cuba declared state sponsor of terrorism again

6 days before the end of the failed Trump administration, Secretary of State Pompeo declares Cuba to once again be a "state sponsor of terrorism".


No particular reason or justification given, so I assume it's a payback for all the Miami Cuban refugees who sided with Trump in the last election....or maybe Pompeo wanted to sabotage US-Cuba relations for the incoming Biden administration. Maybe both.
