Hahaha the Willie method!! I like that. Actually I have been doing the treadmill everyday, well almost everyday. You see I have no other way to exercise. Yes keep the blood pumping everyday will burn calories. There has to be a more fun way to do it rather that by yourself, you think?

I am certain there is. Been listening to my mp3 player on random. I have a rather varied music selection so it does serve to keep things a little less boring. Especially when I get a surprise popping up in the selection. Such as a few selections from the 'Listening to people masterbate over on the Literotica Personals Playground thread.
