Just my opinion, do what you want: If you are wearing bra and panties to your hair stylist and female dentist as part of your gender expression/identity, then be you. However, if you are doing it hoping they will notice so it will titillate or sexually arouse you, don’t do it. Involving others in your sexual fetish without their consent is very much not okay. These professionals do not want to know what underwear you have on.

I have worn only panties for over 35 years. Only my wife knows. Sometimes I wear other feminine things, but other people don’t want to know. Crossdressers and trans people are taking enough grief these days. No need to ruffle feathers by making us look like we don’t have boundaries. Just my 2 cents.

I do it all for my own benefit. I enjoy the feel of it on my body. I am wanting to be more bold with my love of soft lace. I chose my hair stylist and dentist first because I believe they, as females, would be more understanding of my desire to wear feminine clothes. My stylist is very open to the LGBT+ community, so I feel uninhibited dressing for appointments with her. As for the dentist, I am sure others share the same enjoyment with crossdressing as I do, so I believe they would accept and respect this behavior. Are you sure that women are more accepting of crossdressing? I am not sure that is necessarily true, ad certainly should not be assumed. I get dressing for your own pleasure —- I do it, too. I am simply suggesting that making it obvious to your female dentist or hygienist that you are wearing a bra is not cool (and likely unwelcome).
