Why would it be twisted? If it doesn't harm anybody, and I don't see how it could (except maybe for embaressing your kids) then what's the harm.

I don't get crossdressing, Mostly because I don't understand why anyone would voluntarily wear panties, but i don't think it's necessarily twisted.
