I'll admit I own two of them. But there has to be a better use of them besides dragging dead chipmonks and moles into the garage.

Okay. Here's my first thought. How about a duster? Grab them by the tail and just swoosh 'em across those hard to reach areas. You know like the blades on the ceiling fan, underneath the fridge, etc.

They are also very good and shredding your curtains. I have also found that they will dig the dirt out of your house plants for you as well as fertilizing the soil so transplanting them is much easier.

My sister told me that if you want to make sure the kids don't get in the sandbox and get dirty while they are at the playground, just take the cat with you to the park.

My two cats love to sleep, eat, and piss. Damn good life they have.

I'm thinking oven mitts, myself! ;)

They are extremely good at redesigning your favorite sweater or shirt. Just lay it out on the chair and before you know it - poof! Angora sweater!

According to the guys at Running with Scissors, cats make great silencers for long arms. :D
