Creating links

Can someone tell me what I have done wrong, and more importantly how to do this correctly. I am asking as a total dunce about the right way to do anything on my computer beyond using it as a writing tool - and the internet.

I wanted to create links to my stories in my signature, as you can see they are not links what do I do? - Easy step by step instructions please.
