How do you take your coffee?

Hot? Iced? Flavorized and steamed and venti this and all the trimmings?

No sugar! I'll take mine with a generous pour of cream or just black. I just don't care for sweetened coffee.

Hot coffee with heavy whipping cream and sugar — I like creamy and slightly sweet coffee!

Depends. Sometimes black. Sometimes flavored and sweetened and creamed. Sometimes cocoa mocha, sweet and creamy. Sometimes black with tequila. Sometimes black and salted. Sometimes iced with a vanilla float. Whatever.

sugar, creamer and vanilla cappuccino.

I know, I know, I like my coffee very sweet. Don't yell at me for it.

3 shots of espresso, a little raw sugar and some cream.

Hot .. Regular cream and sugar. Not sweet. Even iced mocha coffee. No whipped cream and a little less sugar than normal

My favorite is a Butter toffee with caramel vanilla cream. Yummy!

Cold brew in the hot months: 2 ounces of concentrate, 1 ounce of whole milk, and 5 ounces of cold water. French press in the cool months: sometimes black, sometimes with a splash of cream.

Anyone even mentions sugar in the same room when the coffee is being prepared, and I'm switching to water instead. Sweet drinks are repulsive.

i don't at the moment, but i'm sure that'll change at some point as it has many times in the past. i'm a moody coffee drinker. also, tea drinker. it's just the way i am.

you filthy drug addicts.

Putting milk and sugar in coffee is bad as putting them in tea. It's sacrilegious, devils.

I get this. I've never cared for milk in tea, as I've never found a tea assertive enough to stand up to the dairy. A few extra-strong coffees, however, are rounded out by a splash of milk. It's an entirely different drink than an unadulterated cup of joe. I go for black most often, and especially if I'm offered a standard cup of drip. But my cold brew and French press offer me the playfulness of experimenting with milk.

I grew up with strong brews, so it's what we are accustom too. I enjoy a very strong coffee or tea. I'm American, so coffee is a first choice for me.

I honestly thought I was the only one here who drank coffee this way (Navy style).
Last time I mentioned it, I got pm's from a few people asking wtf.

Cream and sugar. It needs to taste like hot coffee ice cream or I'm dumping it.

Hot with a nice amount of plain non-dairy creamer, half-and-half, or sometimes whipping cream, or black works too. I'm not into sweet coffee much.

I've tried butter in black coffee. It was pretty good, a very subtle change.

Great points. I make mine drip, but strong as hell so that it can take cream... but if I'm somewhere where I know the coffee will be weaker, like at my parents' house, I keep it black.

That is a great idea! I usually like my coffee like I like my women... Light and sweet! (Not true... I love all women!) Anyway....

I, too, make one very strong cup in the morning that definitely stands up to 1/2 & 1/2, but will forego it next time I find myself with a weak cup. Thanks!

No coffee for me, only tea. I love a nice strong brew with cream and sugar. It's my morning ritual.

Black, both tea and coffee. I like drinks to taste of themselves. And certainly no sugar.
