And now you act according to that idea of your superiority.

That's your mere self, the sense of self you acquired.
 
The mind is a good tool that you can learn to use when you know about the various faculties of the mind.

You may have to learn to "polish" or train your ego.
 
The knowledge that I have recived in the course of my life is frome the great sage and thier saying, and of course, I have also observed the way people live-both in the East and West.
 
It's always a good idea to avoid extremes, unless you're in the business of attracting attention to yourself.
