Craving to discover a dear woman who values feedback as much as I do

Feedback as in “aiming to understand first” and only then reacting back. I’ve been fortunate in the past to receive such feedback, but quite often I do not. And since for me, genuine feedback is so essential – BOTH receiving and giving it – I hope very much for a chance for that again.

After all, two people can only benefit + learn from each other, when they make the most of their conversations. And should more than just learning happen between the two of us - like I was hoping for when I wrote my profile - my appreciation for this woman would go through the roof.

I totally agree. Feedback both positive and negative is essential to getting to know your partner with not only their needs and wants but, on a deeper level as an individual.

The alternative is guessing, rarely accurate.

This resonates with me on such a deep level. I have been in relationships on both sides of that spectrum - guess which ones I have fonder memories of?

what is it that you'd like to give or receive feedback on?

Is giving feedback oftentimes misconstrued as being judgmental ?

Dear Jasmine!
A questions back on the first you have asked me.
Have you ever considered reading the profile of a person you are curious about? Some people do state more there than merely some statistics.

And now an answer and a question on part 2 of your post: Why should anyone "misconstrue" feedback as also containing the assessment of the person who GIVES his/her feedback? IMHO, that is the most natural thing to happen. In pople who not only NOD yes and then say nothing else.

Would you not proceed the same way?
