How does he convince them?

Every 30 minutes is a tall order, but maybe a story where the guy has to facefuck at some regular interval and the challenge is to find and persuade suitable candidates. What stories does he use? Where does he hang out? Howe desperate does he get as the time counts down? It might turn into something like Race Around the World - maybe even two or more guys with the same affliction.
