OooOOOoooo, that reminds me...

I need to bake some Christmas goodies and I'm gonna need a couple dozen eggs for things like Pecan Sandies, Almond Cookies, and several dozen more of those evil cherry brownies I made a few weeks ago. I think I'm going to make both red (with walnuts) and green (without nuts) this time. If I can find the green cherries that is.

Good thing the weekly shopping trip is tomorrow.

People who have to pay $8/dozen for eggs tend to not GIVE AWAY the cookies/cakes/brownies/etc. they make from those eggs.

Not that you'd understand beneficence or largess in the first place.

I did manage to make 3 dozen almond cookies this afternoon. Only 2 dozen survived the first hit n' run stampede before I got them locked away in the vault.

So went to the store and spent $75.on ingredients for an omelette.

But the eggs were cheap
