• Internal emails and corporate records indicate Lutnick was not just a “small minority investor” but was a primary AdFin investor whose firm effectively took control of the company over time.
• The documents strongly imply Lutnick knew Epstein was a key shareholder, undermining the assertion that, as a minority investor, he “would not have any knowledge".
