Cpaa overturned: Child porn for all!

Maybe, maybe not. I wasn't aware of it until a day or two ago, but another decision should be coming down soon that goes to net access to free sites that kids can get to. Didn't see her original post, but my guess is that one has more ramifications for this site than today's ruling, although this one could if someone wanted to go there. I don't.
 
No, it's not. COPA is still on the docket. CPAA doesn't have anything to do with Literotica. COPA can still shut it down.
 
I think the relevant point of this ruling is that the banning of virtual child porn was deemed unconstitutional.

"Child Porn for All" I think is misleading and inflammatory.

Of course it was deemed unconstitiutional, freedom of expression and art in media must be protected.
