Good friend of mine, talented artist. In my signature is a link to art I've commissioned from them (and others), which are all in more of a cartoon style. That's not their only style.

I have used this Fivver graphic designer one time. Was very pleased with result. It wasn't erotica, but her summary says she does Romance. And some of her example covers look like erotica. It costs me less than $50. So I thought price was very reasonable.
