Written from the perspective of the wife I believe. They're both sitting back taking it in, but are eventually approached by a man who wants to see what they're up to. The other man is there with his wife who is currently participating in one of the other rooms. He gives them an open invitation, but steps away to give them space. They couple discusses and agrees and the wife has sex with the man in one of the rooms.

Pretty simple premise, but the writing was very good.

If it helps, the author had a feminine name and had another story about a couple waiting in a hotel room when eventually a stranger arrives and has sex with her in front of the husband.

I've used the search function to look for both with no real luck.
