I have explained my desire for my boss here before.
We often have overtly sexual discussions about of sex lives. She knows that my sex life with my wife is essentially non-existent.
Told her about the weekend wife and I just shared that included 0 sex other than a couple BJs (and those were fought for). How I tried to kiss her and my wife turned away. How she is simply non-sexual and I miss passion in life and sex.
She told me about similar issues she has with her husband. No passion, never around, etc.
Kept getting interrupted by the phone or customers, but she's basically said she feels I really need a girlfriend.
Now to see where that suggestion goes...
