I'm posting this here because apparently, this is where its at these days.
I'm going to try to not make this into a long and tedious post that no-one wants to read.
The subject of this post is, of course, the "tense feelings" on the BB these days.
In my humble opinion, there has been somewhat of a snowball effect here and I think it could be beneficial for everyone to sit back, take a breather and gain some perspective.
Firstly, the idea that the General Board is rife of bad feeling and shit stirring is simply not true. Take a look at it right now - go on. You will find light hearted and interesting threads discussing a range of topics including film, literature, scottish devolution, drink driving, the need to have children, the love or "kvell" of enjoying the happiness of those we cherish. Also there are games such as the interactive four-word-each story or the incredible quote thread. Not to mention the threads inviting you to cuddle, nibble, kiss, suck, fuck, screw and slap to your hearts content (Not my cup of tea but it might be yours).
All of this is the essence of the General Board. Always has been and always will be. The threads dedicated to shit are minimal and quite frankly easy to avoid if such things upset you.
Sorry to be cheesey but the sun is shining on the General Board so get your drama queen asses over there and crack open a beer.
