This just happened and I had to share somewhere. Lucky you!

Our bedroom faces east. There's a thunderstorm, huge fluffy cumulus clouds, about 70 miles off, east-southeast. The sun just fully set a little while ago and the moon just rose above said clouds. So I'm looking at a newly dark sky, big yellow full moon partway up, and just to the right there are bright lightning flashes.

Just thought it was a pretty nifty contrast.

I'd love to say I avoid those, but no such luck. Most of the time it's non-con, though. I prefer waiting for the sunsets.
