Laurel, I notice you often personally endorse the audio stuff, especially in the daily greeting. Is there something special about the audio stuff, other than the fact that it's audio? Does it have a special place in your heart because it's "new?" Please don't read any animosity in this. I'm just wondering. I'm sure I'm not the only author here who wouldn't mind if you started a thread devoted to their new story...

LMAO! You crack me up! No, I have no special affinity for the audio. I would love to devote a thread to every story on the site. Obviously, that's just not possible considering the number of stories on the site. I get one, maybe two audio stories a week, so this is my small way of giving some kind of feedback to authors. Also (and more to the point), there's a certain group of users who always email me asking when I'm next going to update the audio. Since I change the audio weekly and the stories daily, I think it's proper for me to announce when I update the audio, just as I announce when I update the top lists.

But hey gang, have you read Whispersecret's story, "Hostile Takeover"? It's really good!
