With my photography, I have a concept of light, color, and texture but my manual dexterity ( or lack thereof) won't allow me to capture the likeness of life in any medium. Bah.

Well, I've attempted charcoal, oil pastels, and watercolors but I've admitted defeat. As much as I love art, it's not in me. Funny how that works.

Who’s to say what you do is not god "art". It’s every man or woman for themselves when it comes to what we define as art. Some, like myself prefer a picture that looks like something recognizable, while others prefer abstract art. If you enjoy what you are doing keep doing it, don’t be bound by the opinions of others.

Oh dear God- I've never had the balls to seek out opinion concerning my "work", if I can even call it that. I, merely, attempted with great appreciation for the arts. It's ok to enjoy without being the best. I'm better at admiring. Thanks for the conversation!
