I got that one in my feed and spent rather longer than usual trying to make it out. I did wonder if there was something going on off the bottom of the pic. If the photo doesn't make it clear I do think there should be an explanation, even if it's written in the style of Gen Old Guy.

It does, or something very similar. I have to use both hands though, because one of my girly hands doesn't apply enough pressure. We were very careful - he talked me through what to do while I was doing it with a lot of detail (which was interesting, because I realised how careful he is when he does it to me).
 
Something I discovered last week ...

If someone grabs your ankles and pulls them up in to the air so they can whack what whatever bits of you that gives them access to, it's really freaking difficult to do anything about it.
