How about naming the wine to fit with the theme of the picture? Hence, Rolling Hills; Hidden Valley etc. Plus you've got sparkling, white, red, rose, sweet, Chardonnay, Sauterne, the opportunities for double entendres are endless.

My wife and I both drink a red called da Vinci. Its a smooth wine, semi-dry, sweet bouquet ... We bought a case of it when the opportunity arose. I don't have the time right now, but tonight I can get you a link to it if you don't find it before then.

I'm also kind of surprised. This is a great ingredient. Mine will be ready tomorrow evening, maybe Sunday. For once I had an idea that stuck as soon as I read the ingredient. It would be a waste to only have a few people in this one ...
