Sometimes you just need to find the right person to talk to.

I talk to my SO about most things. I have always been like that in serious relationships. But then I've always gotten into a relationship BECAUSE I could talk to them.

I used to turn to my 2 best friends who I grew up with lots, but we are on 3 opposite ends of the world now, so it makes it hard to talk often.

Having waded through the ADR and tiger comments had to go back and re-read the point of the thread. Following MissT and her friends boobs in a pressure cooker all I can imagine is ADR/TigerClaw and a pair of boobs in a pressure cooker!!!

Anyway the point of the thread....

I used to tell my ex-husband everything. He was my best firend for many years. Its been tough coping with his betrayal of my feelings. At present I share with firends on-line, some things are simply easier to typethan say.
Mostly I keep things to myself and hope the disappear.

I know its the ostrich view of burying my head in the sand, but at least my ass is alwasy ready to be spanked so its not all bad lol

There are things I talk to C about, and there are things I talk to my friends about.

Sometimes I simply don't want to involve him in something that's eating at me, so I talk to my friends. That is, after all, why I have friends.. to confide in when I'm not sure which way I want to turn, just to hash things out.

He is the same way. We have a balanced view of friends/significant others, and neither of us is bothered if the other talks to their friends first about something that is bugging them. I love him, he loves me.. but sometimes there are things that are better not thrown into the relationship arena while still raw.
