Conservative case against states rights gets to SCOTUS

Reminds me of the typical Christian view: I demand people be allowed to pray in schools!

Muslims, Hindus and Satanists want to pray in school? Hell no!

Might end up 4-4 lock up.

They want limited government and to give power back to the states......unless war on drugs/sex/rock n' roll, then they are all about federal supremacy.

What if it comes down six to two in favor of Colorado, and the delisting of MJ from the DEA's deadly drugs list?

What if the SC decides that taxing medicine, like liquor is wrong?

Probably as likely a Roberts firing up a bong and passing it down the bench while listening to Nebraska & Kansas whine.

LOL exactly....they are all about freedom, rights, the Constitution....until it's inconvenient.

Until POTUS magic wands it or Congress changes the laws surrounding it....cannabis is illegal as fuck and 28 or whatever states are all fucking WRONG.

They should ALL vote against CO because the federal supremacy clause is pretty cut and dry.

It would be sweet though if they did fire one up and told ok/ks to quit being such squares, stfu and get the fuck out of their court just before they all got up and screamed in unison "I AM THE LAW!!!" and walked off.
