I am working on a story and thinking of including a conjugal visit. I've looked a little online but I still have some questions about procedure.

The story involves a wife visiting her lover in prison. I know background checks are done but does the couple have to be married?

If yes, is there a way around it, such as can she go with a relative of the man or visit as a friend and if so is there would there be an way they could work in a quickie?

Any insight would be appreciated.

Probably not the way you're taking your story, but I had another thought on conjugal vists.

Every time a guy gets a conjugal visit with his wife, he brings a different buddy. The buddy gets to screw the wife and in returns, doesn't screw the guy's ass. He shares his wife to keep from getting raped in prison.

INteresting idea. And the husband could get horny because not only is his wife there, naked, and he can't fuck her, but some other guy is. So he is deprived and his wife is getting pleasured and humiliated.

Or make it even dirtier by having it not be his wife but his daughter. Maybe the wife fucked off after hubby was sent to prison, and it's up to the innocent daughter to save her father's ass.

what if there had to be two guards in the room?

Love the idea but it would never work. YEs the prisoner and woman have to be legally married and said prisoner is taken to an isolated "apartment" enclosed by a security fence, locked in and guarded on the outside. Another prisoner would never get in there, period, could not happen without greasing a lot of people, because the conjigal house is a seprate self contained unit that is easily visible.

You would have to set it not in America if you wanted it to be realistic at all, since you will never have anything like that happen in an American prison. Why not make it a Latin American country where the boyfriend is a powerful crimelord? He could do whatever the hell he wanted and you could have whatever kinky stuff you could imagine going on from wifeswapping to gang bangs or whatever.

Very clever idea. Or he could get some smokes out of it, if the author wanted to change it up a tad bit.

You, and the original poster, should check out Arrested Development. It was a sitcom that ran on Fox for a few years and soon, a movie is coming out. One episode revolved around this same thing. The wife had to go visit her husband to give him some of her sweet lovin' and there were people moving in and out. It was very realistic and very clever. It was episode 6, season 1 and was called "Visiting Ours." It is no longer on Hulu so you'd have to find another way to find it if you're interested. I highly recommend it.

If you're going to write about conjugal visits, you can just make up your own procedures. If you have to hint that the warden, guards, etc are corrupt or maybe don't follow standard penal procedure, then fine. As long as it's not too weird or totally unbelievable, most readers won't care one way or the other, as long as the story works. Most Police procedures, as shown in Literotica stories, are laughable at best, but then that's true of most TV cop shows and movies too. Realism and believability come a distant second to entertainment, and rightly so. It's fiction, after all.
