Confused about some terms...

I've never really explored the lifestyle but, like most things I don't know anything about, I have a natural curiosity. Recently I came across a sign that seemed to be dealing with some specific sexual practices. Some of them I knew about (like suspension, for example) but there were some other terms I simply could not figure out... Perhaps if I post an image of the sign you can explain the terms for me:
