As you know, I live in a country enclosed by a firewall, so it is so rare for me to have the opportunity to see something different, that is why I cannot wait to share it with you my friends here. But you do not believe what I say, I feel very disappointed.
The real diplomatic relations lie in the true understanding of the peoples and let us all forget about the bull or horse shit of the politicians, whether they are capitalists or communists, they are not different from each other. All they do every day is to order you about and seal your mouth when they have power in hand and to make protests or complaints when they are in the opposition party or become powerless.

Please consider that I am not a native speaker of English, and it is very likely to cause some misunderstanding when having real communication with native speakers. What I mean is that the main content of the thread is something I read online that I find interesting, and they are not my words.
The next point may be right, because we are from different countries, the views we see are different that is for sure. Because I live in China, so what I can tell you is what happens in that country mainly, or sometimes what happens in the rest of the world according to the sources of my information, however limited (or sometimes false or untrue) it might have been.

Thanks for the comment, though it sounds a little unfriendly.I think the forum is an open place to netizens of the world, where we can share the civilization of the world to help us to know the world from multiple perspectives. If it is only a small circle of some fixed people, then it becomes uninteresting and you do not have to come here any longer.

This post struck me and in so many respects you are exactly right regarding the politicians. What the individual that you translated has missed, and perhaps you don't understand, is that we in the US do have the means of redress.

First of all we have a Constitution that constrains our politicians from certain actions. Most politics in this nation are bottom up. As the individual that you translated related local conditions may be horrible but those conditions may not exist in the next town, county, or state. And we can move about as we choose, when we choose. When every decision and edict come from the highest levels of the government there is no escape.

At the present time I see China regressing into a Maoist type regime along with all that implies. We are in the midst of turmoil and transition ourselves. A time of great change, and danger.

For some reason in my life time US Presidents, Congress, banks, CIA always try and crush the US. Every time the economy falls in the toilet because of those entities the American worker just shrugs it off and keeps on pluging away. There are way more hard working people in the US than there are roaches. The roaches get all the attention. Having been to China, ( it's been a while though) I can attest first hand to the difference. In the West there is no team of people following you, and watching you and speaking to the locals if they are caught speaking with us (Foreigners). No requirement for passes to go to places, freedom in China is just an illusion, to one who is not from China.
