perhaps a story about a person who hears everyone sexual fantasies and eventually starts making them come true either by matching people up or showing up at their door

or a Loving Wives version...hubby hears wife talking to her friend,. Unsure if she is describing fantasies or real ceating...each story is bolder or kinkier than the last. Hubby is torn between being turned on amnd angry. After all, he seems not to feature in these stories. So he confronts wife...

what happens next?

though I liked your idea just fine also if someone else wants to run with it.

It's always nice when you can take one very basic idea and pull it into several different stylings. Your more likely to find an author willing to write at least one version of it.

my current spin on idea

Perhaps a lovely female therapist is doing some research on sexual fantasies and recruits a large sample of people to talk about their fantasies, every hour of time they provide to her research she will give them ten minutes of free therapy.

The trick is that everybody simple expresses all their issues through their fantasies and never needs the free therapy.

She has a wide variety of research participants, married/single, parents, co-eds, retirees, and everything in between. She has a male assistant who transcribes the sessions. She finally begins seeing patterns and mentally pairing up people with matching desires and verbalizes these in her post session thoughts. Eventually the friends, spouses, and other related people call in to participate and she subconsciously assists the established pairs to be more adventurous. Her assistant is very turned on by it all and is somewhat afraid to discuss thoughts with her, and at same time schedules appointments so that those who are fantasy compatible next to each other so that they meet each other.

So there could be a ton of sections covering the various people talking about their fantasies, and ending with her talking to them a little about their fantasies, offering to schedule another session, and then her personal analysis.

Maybe even a section just about the assistant's thoughts and feelings.

Might end with her talking about her own fantasies unaware that her tape recorder is still on, giving it to assistant to transcribe and he is stunned by how closely her fantasies match his and as research has all been collected he decides to try and fulfill one of her fantasies about that seemed to be about him.

Any thoughts? it might be tough for me to come up with other's fantasies, and I don't want to steal them from others on the boards.

sounds a tad complicated to me. Maybe start small with one couple?

Does sound like it would be an on-going story, many chapters. Maybe a story for each patient? After all, as each patient described their fantasies to her, that by itself would take up a story.

I also see the therapist asking her assistant about his fantasies. He declines to mention them to her time and again. Being a therapist, she knows that they must be about her. Finally in the end, she asks him what he wants to do with her. He relents. She calls a meeting of all the patients that have by now made their fantasies come true. The meeting is held in a small auditorium. On the small stage, she explains that they have her assistant to thank for the fantasies becoming reality. But, her assistant hasn't had his come true. She unzips the long zipper in the front of her dress, drops it to reveal her naked body. Then she calls her assistant over to the stage. He does her with an audience.

Dang, I'm a pervert. Or horny. Sorry.

no need to apologize.....:D

the butterfly effect

Thinking the therapist isn't consciously trying to hook people up. Rather, she is just a natural catalyst—the Butterfly Effect monarch. Alas, she herself becomes aware, and always in some ways, and observer or indirect participant, but never his her desire satisfied but in her most private moments alone. With every encounter she precipitates, she gets further distracted and displaced from reality. The therapist, mad with desire, has only the reader to hear her out.

Today, she is reading through this thread…

JRaven, nice touch but it would be tough for me to right as I am completely nonexhibitionistic.
