Condom width?

I'll keep this brief.

I struggle with the regular Durex etc so called "normal" condoms that come from your average machine in a pub toilet. I find them not to be a problem with length but with being really really tight to put on. Can anyone recommend a better fitting brand or type? Do they come in different girth measurements?

My boyfriend uses a brand we like called "One".
He's average sized, but his thickness is slightly larger so we have to use the extra-large size or else they break.
I believe that some online condom sites have a chart that you can compare your penis to and figure out what size is right for you.

I had the same problem as you had until quite recently. I was always nervous about buying Trojan Magnums as I felt it'd make for some, shall we say, unrealistic expectations (as I'm only slightly above 7" length wise). For those of us that are wider than average, they're a godsend. Give them a shot.

Whatever you do, don't shift to regular Trojans. If you're having trouble with Durex you'd be in serious trouble with standard trojans (or at least that's my experience - 2 or 3 times I've lost my erection because they were too tight).

So the long and short of it (heh) is that i recommend Trojan magnums. They're major benefit is extra width. You can always leave it rolled at the base.

I'll chime in on the Trojans Magnum train. Before Magnums, I could never come from regular PIV sex. After Magnums, I'm batting 1.000.
