Ok, while Star Trek Frontiers is going strong, and all of our mental energy seems to projected far into the future, what say we go far into the past? In fact, to a fantasy period known as the Hyborean age. Everyone has probably seen Arnold in Conan the Barbarian, and the OTHER movie (I hated it!), and a few may have even followed the books and comics. Here's the idea:
King Osric, the Usurper, has sent word to Conan and his small band of thieves and mercenaries asking his aid in fighting a sinister invading army, commanded by a dark warrior, l that has threatened to take over his kingdom. The payment is in gold and jewels. Conan declines at first, for the last time he helped Osric, the barbarian lost his beloved Valeria. Perhaps if Osric agrees to give Conan part of his kingdom, he may accept....
I think if we might should run this as an RPG, it might prove interesting. I will play the Non Player Characters, and act as GameMaster for the scenarios. There is no dice to be thrown, however, as your choices in your writings will certainly progress the story to our mutual satisfaction.
We will need:
Conan
Akiro, the wizard
Subotai, thief and archer
Ashima, a female warrior
Nera, Ahima's sister
Barkus, a warrior and Conan's best assasin

The Dark Warrior (commander of the invaders)
