(CNN) The US military has moved its High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) from Jordan into southern Syria for the first time, positioning it near the US-Coalition training base at At Tanf, three US defense officials confirmed to CNN Tuesday.

What can one take from this? Like everything else, the narcissistic con artist listens to no one. Not even himself. Yet somehow we're supposed to believe he knows what he's doing while he whipsaws back and forth between polar opposite opinions and abandons well-stated positions. It's almost as if his mental decline is on full view to the world.
