The First Amendment to the United States Constitution states:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

In short, you are allowed to say (almost) anything and everything you want, to anyone you want, at any time you want. This includes booing or taunting or protesting people or institutions you do not agree with. It's extremely cut and dry.

Except if you're the con artist who doesn't believe people have the right to vent their protest at his campaign rallies.

That is the argument his lawyers are trying to use in lawsuits against the con artist claiming he incited violence towards protestors by his free speech. Their exact wording:

“Of course, protesters have their own First Amendment right to express dissenting views, but they have no right to do so as part of the campaign rally of the political candidates they oppose."

To sum up. Free speech for anyone and everyone, at any time and anywhere, EXCEPT at his rallies where no protest of any kind should be allowed. Only the fetid embrace of his lies are allowed at such gatherings.

But even by his own logic he's not off the hook.

Even if they were there in violation of the 1st Amendment (ridiculous, but ok) that doesn't mean he can take the law into his own hands, does it?

He can't hose them down, harass them, or incite violence against them. What is it, his own Stand His Ground excuse?

It seems like "Well everyone else does it" or "Well THEY lied" or "Well we kill people too" is their cover for EVERYTHING.

I.e., I know you are but what am I excuse.

Oh look more free speech haters jerking each other off over how horrible Trump is for making their AntiFa dipshit buddies stand outside......shocking!! :D

Rabid foaming at the mouth

And its not about making anyone stand anywhere. It's about the lawsuit against him for inciting violence.

Did you hear about how 4chan is hunting Antifa members? It's crazy! They investigated one particular man and posted his personal information online because he acted out in violence during a protest. He put on all black, covered his face, wore sunglasses and a hoddie, and hit somebody in the face with a sock filled with something metal.

This guy is a profesor and now everybody knows who he is. You had better be careful. "Weaponized Autism" is no joke.
